Recognize an “INDIGITUS SHADSTONE” card charge?

Indigitus Inc is the formal merchant operating the Stripe account that processes these card payments. The statement descriptor may appear when you purchase from Indigitus or from a related brand, service, membership, event, or program.

What the charge may relate to

Depending on what you purchased, the charge may be connected to Indigitus, Shadstone, Global From Asia, Cross Border Summit, or another related project. Examples include hardware or software products, professional services, community memberships, event tickets, mastermind programs, and sponsorships.

The descriptor alone does not identify the exact purchase. Your confirmation email, receipt, or invoice should name the specific product or program.

How to verify the transaction

  1. Search your email for Indigitus, Shadstone, Global From Asia, Cross Border Summit, Stripe, receipt, or invoice.
  2. Compare the charge date and amount with any recent purchase, renewal, event registration, or approved company-card expense.
  3. If you still need help, contact us and request the transaction record, receipt, or invoice.

Information to include

  • Charge date and amount
  • Cardholder and billing-company name
  • Last four digits of the card only
  • Possible email address used for the purchase
  • Invoice name, address, and tax or VAT number if documentation is required

Never send your full card number, PIN, or security code.

If you still do not recognize it
