Customer satisfaction is of primary importance to Indigitus. If you are, for any reason, dissatisfied with your purchase, may you allow us to correct it immediately. You may return the product in its original packaging within 30 days from delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. Keep in mind the following for your guidance:
- Prior to returning the product, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to notify us of your intent to return the product and the corresponding order number. We will then issue a return authorization number with instructions and the return address.
- If you believe that the product was damaged during shipping, we request that you notify us within 5 days from delivery.
- If it was reasonably found that the product was defective or was damaged during shipping, Indigitus will shoulder the return shipping costs. In all other cases, return shipping will be at the expense of the buyer using his/her preferred carrier.
Requests for cancellation of orders after processing but prior to shipping shall be subject to a cancellation fee of 10% of the purchase price to cover the processing fees.
Refunds for orders paid with crypto
For orders paid in cryptocurrency, we have the discretion to refund either in a stable coin (USDT/USDC/UST) or the original cryptocurrency that was used to make the payment. We will refund the amount equivalent to the original amount paid, less the 10% cancellation fee.
For orders paid in fiat currency, we will refund only in fiat currency.
To express our appreciation for the ambassador community’s patience and support for this project, ambassador orders processed but not yet shipped may be refunded without incurring any cancellation fee.
Please do note however that your unit will be allocated to waitlisted ambassadors so you will not be able to re-purchase the unit you refunded nor purchase a new unit in the future at the discounted ambassador price.
